Terms of Use

1. The Service

Derslio is an app that helps you keep a study plan, track your time and questions, and analyse your mock exam results. By using the app, you accept these terms.

2. Your Account

Derslio is not designed for children under 13 and must not be used by anyone under the age of 13. If you are under eighteen, you should use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password, and change it if you notice any unauthorised access.

The information you provide must be accurate; in particular, the name on your report must match the spelling on the report so that the correct row can be found in group reports.

3. Unacceptable Use

You may not use the app to try to access other people's data, place excessive load on the server, bypass security measures through reverse engineering, or upload unlawful content.

You must not upload someone else's report without that person's knowledge.

4. Free Version and Premium

You can use Derslio for free; the free version has no time limit. The following limits apply in the free version:

• up to 14 tasks per week and 28 tasks per month (counted by the date the task is planned for; tasks from previous months do not count),
• up to 2 camp links (the number of videos in a link is unlimited),
• up to 5 entries in the mistake notebook,
• up to 5 mock exam results,
• up to 2 countdowns (the exam countdown and suggested countdowns count towards this limit),
• 5 PDF study plans,
• 25, 30 and 45 minute focus lengths and 5, 10 and 20 minute breaks.

The stopwatch, the other focus and break lengths ("Custom") and study lobbies (creating and joining a lobby) are included in Derslio Premium. Derslio Premium removes the limits above.

When a limit is reached, none of your existing records are deleted or locked; you just cannot add a new one. Deleting a record frees up room again in the free version.

Subscriptions are sold through the App Store or Google Play and payment is charged to the relevant store account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellations and refunds are handled from your App Store or Google Play account settings under the rules of the relevant store; Derslio does not see or store payment details.

The limits and the features included in Premium may change over time. Changes are announced in this document and do not affect records you have already created.

5. Liability

Derslio is a study tool; it does not guarantee an exam result, success or any particular performance. Mock exam analysis depends on the legibility of the report you upload and may contain errors — you should check the results before saving them.

The service is provided "as is". Regularly exporting your data is recommended.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. If use contrary to these terms is detected, we may suspend access to your account.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
